Walking

Walking improves mood and encourages useful thoughts, I find
with flesh and bone and muscle, transporting a mysterious mind

  2. Actually a row of four big trees all blown over together Calum. Quite spectacular, and fortunately nobody seems to be trapped underneath.

  3. Do you get much traffic on that road? It looks like a nice walk providing trees are not falling on that day. Do you walk for one hour, or longer?

  4. That particular walk takes me into the woods you see in the distance, where there is a circular path through the trees, and it is just a 25 minute walk there and back. The road is fairly quiet but there is a pavement (sidewalk) all the way to the wood anyway. I usually walk for 30 or 40 minutes and aim to do that most days, if I have not gone for a swim. I've been lazy plus ill recently, but am now getting back in the routine.

  6. The Man Flu that no woman could ever tolerate or survive has significantly abated, thanks Ashley, and I have returned to some sort of useless productivity, as opposed to useless inactivity. My serotonergic neurons are pumping away merrily, stoutly repelling every assault that naughty nature contrives to confront them with (or am I just trying to talk myself into believing that?) Anyway, I am fine, thanks, and I hope that you are managing to navigate nearer to good than bad too.
